You might want to feel like yourself, potentially for the first time?

 

This space is for all of that.

 

I work with both individuals and couples who want reallasting change, not just coping or surviving or getting a bit better for a few months then back to shit.. but TRUE healing.

 

Whether you are here to work through a relationship rupture, break lifelong patterns, learn to regulate your nervous system (or even learn how important your nervous system is) I support you to come home to who you really are.

 

Our sessions are curated and held to meet you where you’re at, without shame, fluff, judgement, bullshit or false promises.

 

Together we will:

    •    Explore the impact of your upbringing, attachment style, and relational blueprint

    •    Learn how to identify your triggers, regulate emotions, and communicate with clarity

    •    Understand the deep connection between nervous system patterns and relationship patterns

    •    Break cycles of people-pleasing, avoidance, hypervigilance   & self-silencing or depreciation 

    •    Repair trust—within yourself or within your partnership

    •    Reconnect to your body, your voice, your needs and your boundaries

    •    Rebuild a relationship with yourself that feels loving, honest, and grounded

    •    Rediscover or embrace true intimacy emotional, physical, and spiritual

 

My Approach

 

I live and hold space shame & judgement-free.

All of you is welcome- ALWAYS 

I am not here to pathologise you or tell you who to be.

Diagnosis means f&ck all and I don’t direct or advise.

 

I am here to help you feel safe enough to get honest; with yourself and with the people you love.

 

I blend my lived experience, deep personal healing, and professional training to support you in a way that is both compassionate and clear.

 

I practice and encompass lived experience combined with knowledge of 

Attachment theory, James Masterson’s developmental model, the Gottman Method, and my own trauma-informed and nervous system-aware approach (drawing on life/work experiences as a qualified Registered NICU Nurse & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher)

This is work that honours both science and spirit.

 

We do not bypass hard truths.

We don’t speak in vague “embodiment” language without showing you what it actually means.

We get real about what it takes to feel safe in your body, relationships, and life.

I envision it to eventually be a lifestyle

To Protect your Peace is to protect the safety and wellbeing of your family, your children, your future. 

 

It is where people come to take off the mask, name what hurts, and start telling the truth.

Live in their truth. 

I want it to be where you learn to meet yourself without fear and slowly, gently, build a life that feels like it belongs to you.

 

Whether you’re walking alone or trying to heal with someone else, you deserve support that sees all of you.

Not just your symptoms or struggles, but your strength, softness, inner child & sacredpotential.

 

This is the work of returning to yourself.
